This delicately sculpted statue of St. Rita is an Italian import and made in the traditional form of plaster artwork portrays Saint Rita of Cascia, clothed in her religious habit. She is shown holding the Crucifix and while inflicted with a wound from Christ’s crown of thorns. Saint Rita will offer her saintly patronage and loving protection in the midst of loneliness, desperate cases, healing and those who love baseball!
