Terms & Conditions. TheCatholicShop.com is here to help you on your journey of faith, so we strive to keep our terms and conditions as easy to understand as possible.
Returns. We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. You are free to return a product for exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The only exceptions are items having been engraved, special/bulk orders, or items that display signs of excessive wear or use. There’s no fee for returning items for store credit or exchange, but returns for refund have a 20% restocking fee due to the costs associated with shipping and handling the items. Customers are also responsible for return shipping with the exception of manufacturer defect. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance or sale items cannot be refunded
Instructions for All Returns. Please contact our Customer Service department by email at customerservice@thecatholicshop.com or by phone (703) 222-0096 for a return authorization number. We will instruct you with the proper return address as long as you return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your order date. Simply return the item and we will either replace it or give you store credit for the full price of the item.
Defective or Damaged Items. Please keep the original shipping container and packing material, this may be required for insurance claims. Please contact us before sending back the damaged item in order to receive proper authorization. If authorization is not sought for prior to receiving returned items, additional charges may apply. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@thecatholicshop.com and you will be given return instructions.
Returns Information on 14kt Gold and Gold-Filled Items. All 14kt gold and gold-filled items are made to order and therefore are non-returnable except in the case of damage or manufacturer defective. All accessories must also be returned (i.e. chain, box, etc.) if applicable.
Personalized Items. All sales of personalized or engraved items are FINAL and are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the item is defective.
Warranty. We only carry the highest quality items available, so every item purchased on TheCatholicShop.com is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Many of the items for sale on TheCatholicShop.com are handcrafted so it’s highly possible due to the handcrafted nature of the product slight imperfections or differences in color, texture or ornamentation may occur. All orders totaling $75 or more, if shipping within the USA, are eligible for Free Economy Shipping. Orders shipping outside the USA are not eligible, but we do offer very affordable shipping rates to other countries. Engraved items require an additional 1 to 2 days for personalization, so, if ordering something with engraving, please estimate extra time for delivery. Some items due to size, weight, and shipping destinations may require additional shipping charges. If this is the case with your order we will contact you concerning so adjustments to any additional payments(s) can be made.
Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled or changed by contacting us. If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel/refund the order until it arrives back to our office. Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled, nor can orders for personalized items if they have already been engraved. If an order is suspected of being fraudulent through the use of a stolen credit card and false or stolen identify, it is subject to cancellation at any time.
International Orders Returns and Exchanges. Customers ordering internationally will be solely responsible for any associated duties, taxes or tariffs. If you would like to exchange merchandise for a different item, new shipping fees will apply with any subsequent associated duties, taxes or tariffs being received back into the United States as well as the new order arriving into your country.
