Refund policy

Unconditional Returns! (almost)

Keeping things simple, if you’re unhappy with anything we’ll be happy to fix it!

If you are not satisfied with your order or part of your order for any reason, simply contact us for a refund or exchange. Exceptions to this policy are special order items such as engraved items, special/bulk orders, made to order items including rosaries and 14kt medals, and any commissioned pieces.

Returns must be made within 30 days of reception. Items must be returned in original packaging along with a copy of your invoice and a short explanation for your reason for return. Returns not properly packaged may cause damage upon return and would therefore be non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please follow these simple instructions:

  1. Contact us via email at orders@thecatholicshop.com and request a return authorization.
  2. Place your merchandise in the original order package or a well-protected shipping package. Items must be in saleable condition upon return for full-refund.
  3. Please include the original invoice (we will be unable to issue a refund without it.
  4. Please indicate the reason you are making a return.
  5. Please indicate whether you want a refund or a replacement.
  6. We will instruct you as to where the package should be returned. Once the item has been received and inspected an exchange or refund will be provided.

 Clearance and Sale items are final and are non-returnable
